Rainbow Living Tenant Survey 2024
In December 2024, Rainbow Living carried out its first tenant survey across all five houses in Devon to understand how our homes impact quality of life and independence. We received 20 responses, an excellent rate, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. 100% of tenants said they are happy with their accommodation and its location, and all agreed that their home feels safe. Tenants also reported that the support they receive helps them live a full and independent life, with comments highlighting choice, independence, and strong relationships with staff. 95% would recommend living in a Rainbow Living house, and most feel part of their local community. Suggestions for improvement included more en-suite bathrooms and wet rooms, which we will consider as part of future planning. This survey marks the start of ongoing impact measurement to ensure we continue meeting our charitable objectives and enhancing tenant's lives.
