In March 2019 we announced that we would move forward with another Rainbow House in Exeter, following continued demand for our services in the local area.

A 6-bedroom property was purchased in September 2019 and work to renovate the house began immediately. We were delighted that refurbishment works were completed on schedule.

Our newest tenants started to move in to the house in May 2020.
