Our 2026 Social Impact Report brings together feedback from tenants, families, care providers, and volunteers to help us understand the difference our homes make. The report shows that tenants value having secure, long term homes where they can build their independence, develop friendships, and be part of their communities. Families and care providers told us they see positive changes in confidence, choice, wellbeing, and quality of life, while volunteers highlighted the importance of community involvement and shared experiences.
The findings also help us identify where we can do better. Feedback has shaped actions around communication, repairs tracking, volunteer support, and future planning, ensuring that we continue to improve the services we provide.
As Rainbow Living celebrates 20 years as a charity, this report gives us a clear picture of our current impact while helping us plan for the future. Most importantly, it ensures that the voices of the people who live in our homes remain at the heart of everything we do.
