Sensory environments are enormously valuable to those with physical and learning disabilities, but there is little provision locally, especially for adults with special needs. We want to fill that void by developing a sensory environment to support our tenants.
Designed and equipped to meet individual need, we will create a safe space on-site at the Exeter Rainbow House.
Within this calming environment tenants will be encouraged and supported to develop their health and wellbeing.

Creating a bespoke sensory environment will help to support our tenants in many aspects of their life. It will fill a current gap, provide an environment where tenants can build confidence, resilience and wellbeing, and have a positive impact on how the care provider can support tenants long into in the future.
