While there won't be any runs, fairs or charity days this year, there are still lots of ways you can fundraise for Rainbow Living and support our #TogetherWeCan campaign.

It may not be possible to get out and join an organised event, but you can take on a physical (or other) challenge, either at home or as part of your daily exercise. All you need to do is set up a fundraising page and share it with your friends and family for sponsorship.

  • Running - run, walk or jog, on a treadmill or outside around where you live; take on a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon.
  • Cycling - either on a static bike or as part of your daily exercise; pick a distance and challenge your pedal power!    
  • Climbing - can you equal climbing Mount Everest by climbing the stairs at home or by traversing a local hill.
