Rainbow Living has a core team of volunteers and other individuals who work closely with the charity's Directors. Read on to find out more about some of our team members, and how they support our work. 

Tony Pinniger: Tony is an electrician with his own business; he supports maintenance and electrical matters for the charity.

John Airdrie: John has a background as a building surveyor and project manager with extensive knowledge and experience with buildings and architecture. John leads on development of buildings in new projects and in maintenance of existing properties.

Karol Chew: Karol has a background as an occupational therapist and leading and coordinating the pastoral care in a large city church. Karol supports all aspects of fundraising and leads speaking to groups about our work.

Tracey Rockey: Tracey has a background in working with children with additional needs in the education sector. Tracey mainly works on new enquiries for accommodation to live in a Rainbow house. 

Bryony Eggins: Bryony has a background in preschool education and support; she supports fundraising activities.

Christpher Eggins: Chris has a background in policing; he is the Minute Taker for Director’s meeting and supports fundraising activities.

Wendy Beatty: Wendy's background is a classroom assistant to children with special needs. Wendy leads on the sale of goods on Gumtree and eBay, and supporting fundraising events.

Vernon Beatty: Vernon's background is lift engineering; Vernon supports fundraising activity and is part of the Maintenance Tram

Tom Russell: Tom has a background in the construction industry and currently works as a Site Manager for a national home builder. He uses his skills to assist Rainbow Living with property acquisition and renovation projects.

Ruth Hathaway: Ruth is a talented local artist and leads on local fundraising for the charity, and sells marmalade, books and auction goods.

Gill Steel: Gill has a background in banking and administration and leads on bookkeeping for the charity.

Leandra Sims: Leandra brings a wealth of experience from managing supported living homes to leading projects that drive positive change. With a strong focus on inclusion, independence, and community impact, she now supports all areas of Rainbow Living’s operations
