Rainbow Living is a Devon-based charity with a strong Christian ethos. We are a volunteer-run charity which supports adults with disabilities, mainly learning disability, by providing accommodation to enable tenants to live with their peers as independently as possible in supported living. We have three Rainbow Houses in Devon, in Exeter and Torquay, and recently opened our Third Rainbow House also in Exeter.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Treasurer Ruth Airdrie has been appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the Queen's Birthday 2017 Honours list!! Ruth was one of the group of people instrumental in founding Rainbow Living and she has worked tirelessly as a Trustee since then, helping to develop and shape our unique housing model, and this award was made in recognition of the voluntary work Ruth has undertaken for Rainbow Living over the last 11 years.
Massive congratulations to Ruth Airdrie MBE and thank you for everything you have done and continue to do – it really is an honour to have Rainbow Living's work recognised in this way!
